Nick has invested, financed, or advised on over €10 billion of commercial real estate transactions in Europe and the U.S. during the past 27 years. Prior to founding Anvil, Nick was the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Ambolt S.A., a leading high-yield Nordic property investment fund. Prior to Ambolt, Nick was the Founder/CEO of Global Realty Outsourcing (GRO), a 1,500-person real estate asset management platform serving many of the largest real estate funds, REIT’s, investment banks and commercial banks. Prior to founding GRO, Nick was a Managing Director with Capital Trust, which pioneered the concept of real estate mezzanine debt with $12 billion of investments completed prior to its sale to Blackstone.
Nick received his BA from Middlebury College and his MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth.
